  • Account information — name, email address, organization, phone number, and website when you create an organizer account.
  • Event content — event titles, descriptions, dates, venues, photos, and ticket URLs you submit.
  • Payment information — billing details for promoted listings, processed and stored by Stripe. We never store raw card numbers.
  • Usage data — pages visited, browser type, and referring URLs, collected via standard server logs and analytics.
  • Communications — messages you send us through the contact form or email.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Publish and promote your events on the Bend Buzz platform and newsletter.
  • Send transactional emails (submission confirmations, review status, recurring event reminders).
  • Process payments for promoted and featured listings.
  • Respond to support requests and inquiries.
  • Improve the Service and understand how people use it.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
